Adam & Eve...'Asian Cuisine'

Situated next to a cluster of Junior Suites, providing spacious seating in an open-air style with white sand floor and walls made of local granite rocks. One of the distinctive features of this restaurant is the open kitchen that engages diners in the preparation of the food.

The new food concept focuses mainly on the Chef’s native country, China, with further influences from across Southeast Asia.

The Bar & Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. Lunch revolves around a selection of large and creative Dim Sum, Chinese wok cuisine, rice & noodles, soup and salads. For those looking for a light lunch, the chef offers everything from noodle boxes to burgers and pizzas. Several of the dishes are available in two serving portions (large & small) which guests are most welcome to share with their friends or family dining in the restaurant with them.

Dinner is a  more elegant affair with dishes including the famous Peking duck and sea scallops with "signature" XO sauce. On certain evenings, guests are invited to take a culinary journey to discover a wide range of dishes including Cantonese & Indo-Chinese as well as wonderful fusion cuisine.

The other speciality of this restaurant is its selection of homemade Asian breads which are prepared and cooked by the bakers together with the Outlet’s Chinese Chef.
